Shadowing Pack 1｜台本で鍛える：聞ける耳は“口”で作る

シャドーイングは「素材選び」で9割決まる。ここは短い台本を反復して、音の現象を体に入れる。

やり方（1本＝4分）
① 黙読（意味）→ ② 音読（ゆっくり）→ ③ シャドー（等速）→ ④ 速め（1.1倍）
目標：完璧な発音ではなく、塊で止まらない。
マークの見方
  • link 連結（単語がつながる）
  • drop 脱落（音が落ちる）
  • reduce 縮約（gonna/didja）
  • weak 弱形（to/for/can）

使い方（1週間プラン）
  1. Day 1–2：Script 01–02 を集中（会議型 + 数字）
  2. Day 3–4：Script 03–04（割り込み + 電話）
  3. Day 5–7：全部通し → 1.1倍 → 自分の仕事文に置換
次のパック（Pack 2）では “交渉/面接/トラブル対応” の台本を入れる。
