ポイント：何が聞けなかったかを言う（number/date/name）。
意味確認（wordの意味を潰す）

“understand?” より “do you mean ___?” が強い。
前提確認（assumptionを言語化）
- Are we assuming ___?
- If the assumption changes, the plan changes.
- What’s the constraint?
要約（会議を支配する技術）

- If I understand correctly, the decision is ___.
要約は“確認”ではなく“コントロール”。
訂正（恥じゃない、プロ）

訂正は信用を落とさない。むしろ上がる。
書面化（最後に勝つ）
