Many people think English improves only through long study sessions. But short notes can be powerful. If you write two sentences every day, you train clarity. You also build a library of useful phrases. Over time, these small notes become a personal “language engine.” The key is consistency, not intensity.

When we read, we often worry about unknown words. This fear slows us down. A better method is to accept some uncertainty. First, read for the general meaning. Next, underline only the words that appear many times or feel essential. Then check them. This way, you keep speed and still learn vocabulary that matters.

In global work, a short written recap is often more important than a good conversation. A recap creates shared memory. It prevents “I thought you meant…” problems. A strong recap includes decisions, owners, deadlines, and open questions. If you can write this clearly, your English becomes a business skill.
