意図：熱意より「理解度」。ミスマッチを避けたい。
- 会社の課題（仮説）
- 自分の経験がどう刺さるか
- 短期で出す成果
3) Tell me about a challenge.
意図：苦労話ではなく「問題→行動→結果→学び」

よくある失敗
- weakness を“欠点の告白”として長く話す → 逆。改善の話が本体。
- trade-off を聞き取れない → “デメリットは？”と同じ。
- 質問が速いと黙る → まず Let me think for a second. を挟む。
