会議で聞き逃すのは普通。差は復帰の速さ。ここは“復旧手順”を作ってしまう。
復旧の基本：「全部聞き直す」ではなく、必要情報だけ取り戻す。

Step 1：今どのブロックか当てる

ブロックが当たると、聞き逃した部分が推測できる。
Step 2：安全な割り込み（短く）

“聞こえませんでした”より、必要情報を聞く。

復旧は“恥”じゃない。むしろプロの仕事。
聞き逃しが起きる瞬間（あるある）
- 話者が変わる瞬間（turn-taking）
- 数字・固有名詞・略語が出た瞬間
- 笑い/雑談で気が緩んだ瞬間
- 回線が悪い瞬間
予測できる＝防げる。
予防：最小の“会議前”セット
- 議題（今日決めること）を1行で読む
- 関係者の名前を見ておく
- 数字が出そうな箇所を想像する
復旧フレーズ（5個だけ暗記）
