エグゼクティブの基本フォーマット

1) Bottom line(結論) → 2) Reason(理由) → 3) Next(次)
例:Bottom line, we should pause. / Because the data is incomplete. / Next, let’s validate X by Friday.

会議を回すフレーズ(必須)

Open Let’s get started. Today’s goal is …
Clarify Just to clarify … Do we agree that …?
Scope Let’s stay on topic. We can take that offline.
Decision My proposal is … Are we aligned?
Next Action items: Owner / due date.
Close Thanks, everyone. We’ll follow up by email.
